It is the fruit, the flowers and the freshness of the recently gathered grapes. With ISOLA, the consumer will understand more about each harvest, each new wine year. Intesely ruby-coloured, with violet hues, it 'is deep, clean and transparent. ISOLA is a young wine, fresh and fun yet serious, and extremely easy to drink. ![]() TempoA wine made through the traditional long maceration system. Each variety of the ensemble is harvested, processed and aged separately just before bottling.TEMPO shows the characteristics and peculiarities of the different Mont Reaga varieties. It is freshness of flowers, the flavor of the fruit and the subtle aromas of spices. Aged in 300-litre French oak barrels, TEMPO is tasty and long in the palate. Dark cherry-coloured, with good intensity, it is deep, clen and transparent. Pure and clean in the nose, there appear notes of ripe fruit wrapped in balsamic, very fresh, aromas. A wide range of spiced and toasted aromas give it complexity and elegance. ![]() 70% Cabernet Sauvignon (plot P5.2) and 30% Merlot (plot P.2). Plots are chosen because of their good balance between clays and limestone, which guarantees structure and fruit. Production is controlled at 3.5 tons per hectare, through thinning while ropening, thanks to which a perfectly ripe, balanced and healthy grape is achieved. The wine is produced following the traditional method, in vats for axidation for 20 days; and malolactical fermentation in French oak tubs and ageing in 300-litre American oak barrels for 12 month. Tempo la Espera is a powerful and expressive wine. With an impeccable mroon colour, it is soft and powerful, fleshy and long-lived in the mouth. ![]() The EssenceThe Mont Reaga line expresses everything tht the wine-growing Estate is:Dynamic, strong, elegant and sophisticalted thanks to the Syrah grape and its behaviour, the climate, soil and grape growing practices serve to full realize The Essence of this grape. Manipulated in the cellar the minimum necessary and aged in new French oak barrels, this Essence is ruby-coloured, deep and clean. In the nose, a concentration of ripe fuit, accompanied by subtle balsamic and mineral aromas. In the mouth, it is velvety, ample and tasty, long in the palate, with a lingering sensation of freshness. The Essence is the first bottled wine of the MonReaga Syrah 2004 line. It is the first part, the youngest and the most daring, where the grape plays the major role. Personal, inviting and unmistakable. ![]() Clasico de Mont ReagaSyrah (Plot P4) with a small Cabernet Sauvignon contribution (plot P.5.1). These two plots are chosen because of their high clay concentration and high contents of sand in the subsoil, which guarantee structure and a mineral character.Production is established at 3,5 tons per hectare, through thinning while ripening, thanks to which a perfectly ripe, balanced and healthy grape is achieved. The wine is produced following the traditional method, in vats for oxidation for 30 days; and malolactical fermentation in French oak tubs and ageing in 300-Litre French oak barrels for 18 months. Clasico de Mont Reaga is an elegant, fine and tasty wine. Of an impeccable maroon Colour, it is perfumed and complex to the nose, where spiced, very delicate nuances stand out. In the mouth, it is soft, long and silky, with an extremly fresh and long final flavour. ![]() Sauvignon BlancSauvignon Blanc, produced using traditional methods and aged on the lees for 5 months in French oak barrels.This is a serious white with personality, style, as well as an individualized character. Barrel aging makes this a high quality wine. With the Sauvinon Blanc of Mont Reaga we are expanding out from our red wine offerings with a "UNIQUE" limited production, white wine. A clean, bright wine, yellow with shades of green. It is powerful, fresh and complex in the nose, with citric and herbal notes, tropical fruit, and wonderful reminiscences of smoke and toasty oak. The wine is flavourful and well-rounded in the mouth. It is fat, oily and fresh. Scented, long in the mouth, with a very pleasand finish. An extraordinary expression of the Sauvignon Blanc, this is a limited vintage wine. ![]() LATE HARVEST MERLOTThe grapes are harvested late, when the winter comes, after the best bunches of grapes are selected during their partial raising turning process on the vine.After fermentation, a long ageing process takes place, over more than two years in 1 500-litre French oak foudre. Fata Morgana is concentrated and thick. Its colour is an intense maroon. It is perfumed, profound, captivating and extraordinary. Ample and tasty as it comes into the mouth, with sweet and pleasant tannins. Sweet, tasty and long-lived in the mouth, with a final slightly bitter flavour. To be drunk at 17ºC |
